This engaging session examined how leadership can spark innovative design processes and help future leaders navigate the complex challenges of both built and natural environements.
Hosted by Annina Peisa of Ramboll, the session began with a presentation from Ivan Harbour of RSHP Architects, who reflected on the importance of being a conductor and facilitator of change.
Will Arnold of The Institution of Structural Engineers followed with a compelling call to action on the role of leadership in climate change, urging ethical responsibility as a key to thriving in uncertain times.
The session wrapped with a panel discussion moderated by Hossein Rezai of Ramboll, where Lora Brill and Elina Kalliala from Ramboll, joined the speakers to explore the skills and roles we must cultivate to shape future dialogue between natural and built environments.
