On Friday, 5 December, the book “On Regenerative Design, on Systems, and on Complexity”, by Prof. Hossein Rezai (Ramboll, NUS) and Prof. Raffaele Ardito (Polimi), was officially launched in the beautiful setting of Building “Trifoglio”, designed by #milanese architect and designer Gio Ponti.
The book originates from a series of six lectures delivered at the Politecnico di Milano as part of the Passion in Action program.
The event opened with official greetings, by academic authorities, Prof. Cristina Jommi and Prof. Andrea Campioli, followed by a fascinating introduction to the history and content of the book by the authors.
The conversation then evolved around the main themes: #regenerativedesign #systemsthinking #designsystems #complexity #themanyfutures, proposed in the book as the “new fundamentals” to be embedded in university curricula.
