Last June, our founding director Stanislava BoskovicI participated in the World Cities Summit 2026 in Singapore at the WCS Science of Cities Symposium, organised by the Centre for Liveable Cities.
She presented the exploratory study, “Planet-centric Futures: Advancing Regenerative Design for Thriving Social and Ecological Systems.”
This research is a collaboration between Ramboll and Imperial College London, Centre for Systems Engineering and Innovation, exploring how regenerative design is emerging within organisations as they seek to catalyse systems-level change and re-establish co-evolutionary relationships between human and natural systems.
The symposium provided a wonderful opportunity to share findings and engage in inspiring discussions with colleagues from around the world, spanning both academia and professional practice. A unifying theme across these conversations was the recognition that design practice must move beyond simply mitigating harm and instead create positive social and ecological outcomes across multiple scales.
